Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our AI experience for lawyers. You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US and work across the full customer lifecycle.

The role blends legal practice with technology, focusing on driving adoption of AI at scale and shaping workflows for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• JD with Bar admission; 10+ years of legal experience.
• Deep knowledge of legal workflows and litigation.
• Excellent communication for legal and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfortable in fast-moving cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Lead pre-sales and adoption conversations with teams.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with clients.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and guidance.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows to improve practice areas.
