Job summary
Relativity is expanding its AI and customer‑facing teams with a Legal AI Advisor role. You will help lawyers understand and adopt Relativity’s AI platform and the claiR/aiR offerings, guiding workflows from evaluation to daily use at scale.
You will report to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting and work across the full customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value realization for law firms, corporate legal departments, and public sector clients.
Qualifications
- Must hold a JD and Bar license.
- 7+ years practicing law in law firms or in-house teams.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Curiosity about applying AI to legal work.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
- Hands-on with Relativity aiR and related AI tools.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
- Partner with pre-sales to support discovery and demonstrations.
- Lead product demonstrations connecting AI capabilities to real use cases.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing value realization post-sale.
- Act as the voice of the legal customer for product teams.
- Bridge legal workflows with technical teams to drive adoption.
