Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI for lawyers.

You'll work across the full customer lifecycle, bridging legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale within US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Have JD and Bar admission.
• 7+ years practicing law (AmLaw a plus).
• Understand legal workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives for discovery and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity AI to real use cases.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing adoption post-sale.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and adoption barriers.
• Translate legal workflows and AI capabilities into practical guidance.
