Zusammenfassung

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help lawyers understand, adopt, and realize the value of Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for legal professionals. The role spans the full customer journey from evaluation to everyday use, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US.

The position blends legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Qualifikationen

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of law practice experience.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and counsel needs.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on with Relativity AI tools such as aiR.

Aufgaben

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales conversations with engineers and account executives; demonstrate AI capabilities for real use cases.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with onboarding and training.
Serve as voice of the legal customer and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Bridge legal workflows and AI capabilities to improve practice areas and efficiency across engagements.
