Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to guide customers in adopting Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our AI experience built for lawyers. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US, driving adoption at scale and bridging legal workflows with innovative AI tools.

The role blends legal expertise with customer engagement and product insight to accelerate AI usage across litigation,

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
Minimum 10+ years practicing law or in-house counsel experience (litigation preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and ability to translate legal needs to AI solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in client-facing advisory roles and AI tool adoption.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product, marketing, and engineering on needs and barriers.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into actionable insights for practitioners.
