Job summary
Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors who are practicing or former lawyers. You will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, driving adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
Qualifications
- JD and Bar admission required.
- 3+ years of law practice experience (AmLaw a plus).
- Strong understanding of legal workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity about AI in legal practice.
- Client-facing experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.
- First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
- Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives.
- Enable post-sales onboarding and value realization through training and ongoing engagement.
- Act as voice of the legal customer, feeding product and engineering with insights.
- Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities for lawyers.
