Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who guides customers in adopting Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting in the US.

In this role you will bridge legal practice and AI, transforming workflows to enable lawyers to work faster, smarter, and more defensibly.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of legal practice experience.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Excellent communication with legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI in legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and value realization.
Translate complex AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.
