Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Leave of Absence Senior Specialist to administer LOA programs for employees and owners, partnering with HR and talent teams to ensure an exceptional experience. You will handle complex issues, support return-to-work processes, and maintain accurate LOA records across systems.

This role requires 3+ years of LOA experience, strong communication, and collaboration skills, and will operate within a hybrid work model with LOA expertise guiding policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA administration across inquiries, meetings and records.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure a smooth leave experience.
• Liaise with third-party administrator to track approvals and resolve discrepancies.
