Job summary

Responsibilities include intake, eligibility determinations, notifications, documentation, and return-to-work planning, within a fast-paced health system environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with benefits, leave management or generalist roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of medical leaves of absence from request to return to work.
• Manage interactive process for accommodations under ADA/ADAAA, PWFA and state laws.
• Provide guidance on benefits impacts and wage replacement integrations; support escalations.
