Job summary

You will partner with HR and vendors to ensure accurate leave processing and reporting. Responsibilities include advising employees, coordinating with Leave Managers, processing leave requests, and supporting billing, audits, and data reporting to meet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and related work experience equivalency.
• Two years of leave-of-absence lifecycle experience.
• Experience with HRIS payroll/benefit systems or CRM systems.
• Strong client service skills with ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to the V2X and maintains client rapport.
• Liaises between HR, employees, BCInsourcing, carriers and leave vendors.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of client leave programs aligned with policies and laws.
• Coordinates with Leave Manager and others to resolve issues accurately.
• Advises employees on leave status and disability benefits and escalates when needed.
• Supports leave processing, billing, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects employee privacy in all tasks.
