Job summary

Lockton Companies is seeking a Leave Benefits Coordinator II to support an assigned client with lifecycle leave of absence services. You will build relationships with HR teams and employees while delivering comprehensive leave support and communications.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and client policies, communicate clearly, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience administering the life-cycle of leave of absence process.
• Experience with HRIS payroll/benefit systems or CRM systems.
• Demonstrated client service skills while multi-tasking under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents the client and maintains rapport with employees and case partners.
• Acts as liaison between HR, BCInsourcing, benefit carriers and vendors.
• Understands the client leave program and applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Coordinates with Leave Manager and other parties to resolve issues.
• Advises employees on leave status and disability benefits; escalates when needed.
• Handles leave processing, billing, arrears management, and reporting.
