Job summary

ResiHome is seeking a 1099 Leasing Agent who will work remotely in the Dallas area, with 15-25% property visits. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, qualify inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Qualified candidates hold a broker license (or are licensed brokers) and have strong lead conversion, communication, and presentation skills. A BA or Associate degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed under a Broker, or is a Broker.
• BA or Associate Degree preferred.
• New Home Experience is a plus but not required.
• Top Lead Conversion experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to conduct in-office presentations.
• Driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with prospective residents.
• Qualify inquiries and sell property features to prospects.
• Manage leasing and application process with new residents.
• Determine customer needs quickly and create urgency to apply.
• Foster new relationships and maintain customer relationships.
• Use customer-friendly skills to diffuse difficult situations.
• Handle lease files, paperwork, and system updates.
• Know the community and surrounding area well.
