Job summary

Colliers is seeking a seasoned Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations and manage the transition lifecycle for lease data, reports, and communications across global accounts.

You will oversee abstraction, validation, and onboarding processes, mentor juniors, and drive governance programs while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote, multi-location setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease) and global accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and align with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track accountability of project team and ensure timely transition milestones.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data migration, and quality control during onboarding.
• Develop governance programs, reporting cadences, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead program initiatives including AI partnerships and global COE collaboration.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources on key duties.
