Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lease Administration Client Manager to lead client accounting and lease management for diverse portfolios. You will oversee abstracting, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in lease administration, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teams. Travel-light and multilingual options are a plus as you support multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Lease Administration or related field.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong financial/analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Proactive issue spotting and problem solving.
• Ability to interpret data and use Excel for analysis.
• Multilingual a plus; light travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Relationship manager and first point of client escalations.
• Manage client/vendor/landlord relationships.
• Coach team on procedures, lease interpretation, audits and billing calculations.
• Ensure client accounts comply with internal and client policies.
• Review abstracts and interpret commercial lease documents.
• Resolve rent and landlord/tenant issues.
• Oversee subtenant accounts, billing and collections, delinquency reports.
• Coordinate invoicing to clients and collections as necessary.
• Share best practices and strengthen internal controls and data quality.
• Lead special projects as assigned by manager.
