Job summary

JLL is seeking a Professional Lease Admin in Dallas, TX to manage the complete lease administration lifecycle for a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee lease documentation, critical dates, financials, and reconciliations while coordinating with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.

Requires 3+ years in lease administration or related real estate operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or related field (or an associate's with 2+ years in Real Estate Lease Admin).
• Financial data base experience.
• Familiarity with lease accounting principles and reconcilations.
• Experience supporting corporate occupier clients or tenant representation.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and maintain lease documents in administration systems with data accuracy.
• Review CAM, tax invoices, and landlord reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Track critical lease dates and alert stakeholders of obligations.
• Process reconciliation payments and perform rent variance analysis.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, landlords; resolve rent/tenant issues.
