Job summary

Impact Futures Group is seeking a Learning Systems Lead to oversee our learning platforms and digital learning ecosystem. You will align platforms with curriculum strategies, govern integrations, and drive continuous improvement across learner journeys and operational processes.

You will collaborate with Product, Curriculum, Data and IT teams to optimise experiences, deliver analytics, and explore AI-enabled learning innovations to enhance outcomes for learners and employers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing learning platforms, learner management systems or learning technologies.
• Strong data reporting and analytics skills with an eye for improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, optimisation and continuous improvement of learning systems and platforms.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with curriculum strategies and organisational priorities.
• Configure, governance and integrations to support curriculum delivery and learner journeys.
• Monitor platform performance, usage and adoption; manage access and security.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve engagement and outcomes.
