Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to help manage our LMS (SAP Litmos KnowHow), develop digital content and experiment with AI to improve learning across the organization.

You'll collaborate with the Global Learning & Development team to build accessible learning experiences, create engaging modules with Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia, and explore automation using Power Automate and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital learning, LMS administration or related field.
• Familiarity with at least one digital learning tool or platform.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS; curiosity about JavaScript and APIs.
• Interest in AI and improving learning processes.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve LMS KnowHow including content management and user access.
• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia.
• Translate learning needs into user-friendly digital solutions.
• Build simple web pages, learning portals or dashboards using HTML/CSS.
• Explore AI tools to enhance learning experiences and automation.
• Assist automation and platform improvements using Power Automate.
• Work with learning data using Excel and Power BI to improve reporting.
