Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking a Technical Lead, Learning Systems, to shape and modernize our enterprise learning ecosystem. You will steer architecture across LMS, LXP, LCMS, LRS and analytics, guiding multi-region implementation and AI-enabled workflows.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on technologist who can translate business needs into scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive responsible innovation while ensuring security and reliability in a complex enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in learning technology, enterprise platforms, or software architecture.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, LCMS, LRS and analytics tools.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder architecture roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for Toyota Financial Services’ enterprise learning ecosystem.
• Define target architecture for secure, integrated, and scalable platforms.
• Design, develop, and integrate learning platforms and data workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in an Agile environment.
• Drive platform modernization to improve learner experience and adoption.
• Mentor engineers and set standards for modern platform development.
