Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Technical Lead, Learning Systems to drive the strategy, architecture, and modernization of Toyota’s enterprise learning ecosystem. You will lead the design, integration, and delivery of LMS/LXP/LCMS and related platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and data-driven learning experiences across regions.

You will mentor engineers, partner with HR, IT, and security teams, and advance AI-enabled workflows, governance, and multi‑year roadmaps for sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning technology or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with LMS/LXP/LCMS ecosystems.
• Strong architecture, security, and governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for Toyota Financial Services’ enterprise learning ecosystem.
• Define target architecture and roadmap for secure, scalable platforms.
• Design, develop, and integrate learning platforms and connected systems.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Modernize platforms to improve learner experience, adoption, and scalability.
• Prototype with AI-assisted tools and rapid iteration where appropriate.
• Govern standards, releases, and operational continuity across the ecosystem.
• Oversee analytics, data automation, and decision-support across learning ops.
