Job summary

RTX is seeking a Director of Learning Strategy to lead the enterprise Learning & Talent Development (L&T) agenda and partner with the Head of L&T to shape priorities for 185,000+ employees. This senior role coordinates cross-functional projects and develops executive-ready materials that communicate impact and alignment with strategic goals.

The position focuses on strategy, execution, and communications, guiding the design and activation of scalable learning solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-scale learning & development experience preferred.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders with strategic priorities.
• Proven track record in executive-level communications and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Functional Leadership. Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of L&T to help prioritize strategic work, advance enterprise learning initiatives, and represent the function in senior forums.
• Program & Project Leadership. Lead high-visibility, strategically-aligned enterprise-wide learning initiatives from design through implementation.
• Learning Technology Ecosystem & Platform Strategy. Shape the future of the learning technology ecosystem by partnering with HRDT and vendors to evolve learning platforms and ensure integration with enterprise talent systems.
• Enterprise Learning & Capability Strategy. Advise HR and business leaders on workforce readiness, learning trends, and capability development across the organization.
