Job summary

The position reports to the Senior Director of Learning Solutions and is part of the Learning Solutions education team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer education, customer training, technical training, customer success, or related role.
• 3+ years in life sciences, biotechnology, or regulated industry.
• 3+ years delivering training, onboarding, enablement, or knowledge transfer for customers or end users.
• 3+ years supporting customer adoption or implementation of products, services, or technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional expert on Cytiva’s customer education portfolio.
• Engage with customers to understand education needs and drive adoption.
• Partner with Commercial teams on learning-enabled discussions and solution scoping.
• Gather feedback and provide actionable insights to improve learning portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Success.
