Ascend Learning, a leading healthcare and learning technology company, is hiring a Solutions Consultant to educate clients on our digital platforms and integrated assessment tools. You will build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and training centers across the U.S.

while traveling up to 25% and working remotely. You will drive demonstrations, host webinars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine products based on client feedback, supporting learner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a member of a fire department or EMS/EMT service with current certifications or licensure.
• 2+ years' experience teaching Fire Fighting or EMS/EMT classes preferred
• Strong technical skills with software training and/or documentation a plus
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product demonstrations, service offerings and technologies for instructors, faculty and staff
• Host customer education webinars and consult on best practices for PSG product application
• Develop technical documentation and resources and deliver remote or on-site training
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to provide customer feedback
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot for accounts; engage with councils and events to stay connected with client needs
