Job summary

Cytiva, a leading life sciences company, is seeking a Customer Learning Solutions Specialist to advance Cytiva’s education portfolio and accelerate adoption of learning solutions across customers in the Americas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable customer-facing staff and deliver effective training experiences.

You will bring 3+ years in customer education or training within life sciences, travel up to 50%, and leverage LMS and digital learning tools to improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer education, customer training, technical training, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
• 3+ years experience within the life sciences, biotechnology, biomanufacturing, bioprocessing, or other technical or regulated industry.
• 3+ years experience delivering training, onboarding, enablement, or knowledge transfer programs for customers or end users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional expert on Cytiva’s customer education portfolio and enable customer-facing teams.
• Engage with customers to understand education needs, recommend learning pathways, and drive adoption.
• Partner with Commercial teams on learning opportunities, discovery, scoping and engagements.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve the learning portfolio and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent learning experience.
