Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will manage third-party and digital learning resources, liaise with faculty, vendors, and internal partners, and ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals.

You will blend operations, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments, reporting to the Director of Learning

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years of experience for learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Analyze data and collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
