Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources across online programs. This remote role reports to the Director of Learning Resources and blends operations, vendor management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance student and faculty learning experiences.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong proficiency with MS Office and LMS

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore; ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Balance operations, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experiences across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and support national remote operations.
