Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support third-party and digital learning resources across academic programs and serve as a liaison among faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

You will balance operations, vendor relations, data analysis and collaboration to improve student and faculty experiences in online learning environments, reporting to the Director of Learning Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Experience with project management and coordinating multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources align with curriculum.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Support and manage third-party and digital learning resources across academic programs.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and collaborate with internal partners.
