Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that align with academic programs, collaborating with faculty, internal partners and external vendors to ensure accessible, scalable resources.

You will blend operational execution, vendor management and data analysis to improve the student and faculty experience across online learning environments, reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years' experience for learning resource vendor management and program development team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors and the online bookstore to ensure accurate, accessible learning resources.
• Blend operations, vendor management and data analysis to optimize learning resources in online environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and support curriculum-aligned resource strategies.
