Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that align with curriculum and institutional goals.

You'll serve as a key liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, combining operational execution, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support team
• 3 years' experience for learning resource vendor management and program development team

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
