Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role across approved U.S. states. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources aligned with programs and goals.

You’ll liaise with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, scalable, and cost-effective while blending operations, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student experiences in online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 1 year for bookstore operations, 3 years for vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
• PM skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, academic partners, vendors, and online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; report to the Director of Learning Resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance student and faculty experiences in online environments.
