Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will manage third-party and digital learning resources supporting academic programs and serve as a liaison among faculty, partners, and the online bookstore.

You will also help ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum while collaborating across departments and with external partners. The role reports to the Director of Learning Resources and is fully remote.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
