Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources across online programs. You will liaise with faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resources/bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience.
