Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that back academic programs.

You will act as a liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• PM skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and aligned with curriculum.
• Analyze data to optimize resource usage and student experience across online environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and support program goals.
