Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources across online programs. This role works as a key liaison among faculty, partners, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-efficient.

You will blend operations, vendor management, and data analysis to improve the student and faculty experience in online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience.
• Provide operational execution, vendor relationship management, and data analysis support.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
