Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources aligned with curricula and institutional goals, serving as a critical liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

You will blend operational execution, vendor relationships, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments, reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in learning resources operations or vendor management.
• PM skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Blend operations, vendor management, data analysis and collaboration to enhance online learning.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
