Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to manage third-party and digital learning resources across online programs.

You will liaise with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to keep resources accurate, accessible, and cost-efficient, while partnering with internal teams to align with curricular goals. This is a remote role with responsibilities spanning data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMSs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to enhance the student and faculty experience.
• Analyze data and manage vendor relationships to align with curriculum and goals.
