Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote position. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that back academic programs, liaising with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

You will combine operational execution, vendor relations, data insights and cross‑department collaboration to improve the student and faculty experience across online learning environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost‑effective.
• Blend operations, vendor management, data analysis and collaboration to enhance student/faculty experience.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
