Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs.

This remote role blends operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments. You will report to the Director of Learning Resources.

Competenze

• One year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience for learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.

Mansioni

• Coordinate between faculty, internal partners, vendors and the online bookstore.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
