Job summary

Reliance Health is seeking a passionate Talent Development Associate to drive learning and development across the organization. You will identify talent needs, design training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

In this remote-friendly role, you will partner with People Partners and division leads to align development efforts with business goals, manage onboarding curricula, and optimize our LMS to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data to support talent development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in talent development or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Development policies: Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to create/revise L&D policies and procedures.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct TNAs to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Curriculum Development: Develop training curricula to address gaps and support objectives.
• Training Program Implementation: Support the rollout of structured training programs.
• Onboarding Curriculum Support: Contribute to onboarding curricula for new hires.
• Communication and Training Delivery: Share clear communications and assist in trainings.
• LMS Utilization: Ensure proper LMS use to track metrics and improve processes.
• Collaboration: Work with People Partners, Division Leads, and leadership to align efforts.
