Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Lead for Learning Platforms in the United States. This senior role focuses on a multi-tenant workforce platform connecting direct care professionals with employers and emphasizes LMS integrations, APIs, SSO, and platform reuse.

You will guide architecture while contributing code, shape engineering practices, and explore responsible AI-assisted development within coding and testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with hands-on coding.
• Strong experience building production web apps with modern technologies.
• Experience leading developers while contributing code.
• Experience with API integrations and identity/access technologies such as OIDC/SAML.
• Familiar with Moodle plugins and Drupal CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, test, and deploy production-quality software as a senior contributor.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership through code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Design and maintain LMS integrations, including APIs and SSO.
• Build platform features in a multi-tenant environment.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage delivery commitments.
• Promote engineering practices: CI/CD, testing, security, accessibility.
