Vituity is seeking a remote Program Manager for Learning & Development to design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions across the organization. You will transform business needs into engaging programs, align with strategic goals, and manage timelines and budgets while coordinating with executive sponsors and subject matter experts.

The role emphasizes live and online education delivery, adoption strategies, and ongoing program evaluation to drive measurable impact in healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or project management experience.
• 3 years of learning or talent management experience preferred.
• 7 years of program management experience preferred.
• Experience with online content creation and LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform business needs into learning solutions for professional development, leadership development, and onboarding.
• Align programs with organizational goals and strategic needs.
• Manage program timelines and budgets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and SMEs.
• Oversee live and online education logistics and delivery.
• Drive adoption through targeted communication and marketing.
