Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC seeks a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs, coordinate across multiple sites, and lead up to eight Learning Experience Leaders. The role requires creating and maintaining onboarding and development initiatives that align with client needs and TaskUs culture.

You will work on-site in New Braunfels, TX, managing schedules, coaching staff, and ensuring consistent, high-quality training delivery for teammates and future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies.

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Leaders and collaborate with site managers to ensure training quality.
• Maintain training schedules, rosters, and onboarding processes; provide coaching and feedback.
