Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and deliver scalable learning solutions for a nationwide care workforce. You will develop e-learning, instructor-led, and blended curricula, leveraging AI and data to drive measurable improvements in quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and operations to translate complex processes into learner-centered content, manage assets, and evaluate impact using Kirkpatrick or equivalent metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs.
• Strong experience developing e-learning and multimedia content.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred; LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions across modalities.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, assessments, and curricula.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve on-the-job performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Maintain centralized inventory of learning assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development.
