Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design scalable, high-impact learning solutions that drive measurable behavior change across our workforce. You will partner with business leaders and SMEs, leveraging modern instructional design and AI tools to deliver engaging, learner-centered content.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in instructional design, experience with LMS platforms, and proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role.
• Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs.
• Strong experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, and structured curricula.
• Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments; healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions across modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning).
• Create high-quality training assets including courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and multi-day curricula.
• Apply adult learning principles and behavior change strategies to translate learning into on-the-job performance.
