The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and measuring learning and performance solutions that build capabilities, improve learner outcomes, and drive meaningful business results across University of Farmers.
This role owns learning solutions end-to-end — from needs analysis and consultation through design, development, launch, and evaluation. You will partner closely with business leaders, line‑of‑business representatives, trainers, and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and translate them into effective learning experiences.
Solutions may include instructor‑led training, virtual learning, e‑learning, video, interactive digital experiences, job aids, performance support, coaching materials, and content delivered through learning platforms and technologies.
The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with consulting skills, creativity, visual and digital design capabilities, and a strong understanding of how learning can influence business performance.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with coinciding deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to use the suite of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint.
