Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging online and instructor-led training content. The role partners with subject matter experts and management to design, deliver, and manage projects from planning through completion, in a remote, 6-month, part-time capacity.

The ideal candidate brings instructional design expertise, LMS administration experience, and strong writing skills. Proficiency with ISpring, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate is preferred to produce

Qualifications

• Instructional design and learning content development experience.
• LMS administration and user management experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools: ISpring, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials.
• Storyboard, script, narrate, record, and design graphics for content.
• Convert ILT to computer-based training and webinars.
• Create videos, modules, documents, graphics, and podcasts.
• Develop templates for storing and delivering content.
• Collaborate with management to deploy new training technologies.
• Provide instructional design and multimedia design consultation.
• Manage multimedia studio equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
