Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of eLearning development experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with Camtasia for video creation/editing.
• Experience with Workday Learning LMS.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience designing digital learning using Articulate 360 or Captivate.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules.
• Create video-based learning content.
