We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our health insurance client, creating engaging digital learning experiences for healthcare operations teams. This is a hands‑on eLearning role for someone who can take complex information and turn it into clear, effective, self‑paced training.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will:

• Design and develop interactive, asynchronous eLearning courses and self‑paced learning modules
• Build engaging learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Create and edit video tutorials and demonstrations using Camtasia or similar tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into effective learning content
• Upload, publish, and manage courses within a Learning Management System
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create training that supports behavior change
• Assess learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities to continuously improve content

Who we’re searching for:

• 3+ years of eLearning development experience in a corporate environment
• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Experience with Camtasia or similar video creation and editing tools
• Experience working within a Learning Management System
• Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning experience design
• Experience using rapid instructional design tools
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• A portfolio demonstrating hands‑on eLearning development work
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
• Workday Learning experience
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience using AI tools to support content development and productivity

Logistics:

• Remote contract opportunity
• $35–$38/hour DOE
• Candidates must currently reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or North Dakota
• Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
• Company-provided equipment
• Remote workers must have cable, DSL, or fiber internet service. Satellite and mobile Wi‑Fi are not supported.
• Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required
