Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking an instructional designer for a remote contract role with the State Accounting Office. The person will analyze needs, design engaging learning, and collaborate with SMEs to produce accessible, scalable training across formats including eLearning, virtual and in-person sessions.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of ID experience, mastery of Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and Workday LMS, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of instructional design, education, or related experience.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and SCORM-compliant content.
• Strong 508 accessibility knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to design materials from objectives to assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and audience analyses.
• Design and develop 508-compliant instructional materials.
• Create online, instructor-led, microlearning, video and eLearning courses.
• Develop SCORM-compliant webinars and eLearning courses.
• Create assessments and analyze data to improve outcomes.
• Track progress of design projects and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to align learning with goals.
• Update curriculum to stay current with industry trends.
• Stay current with instructional design best practices.
