Job summary

Homecare Homebase, a Hearst subsidiary, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to blend instructional design with multimedia development. You will create engaging online courses, evaluate learning needs, and collaborate with SMEs to translate complex ideas into user-friendly digital training.

In this hybrid role, you will manage LMS assets, build interactive modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Captivate, and apply AI tools to improve learning outcomes while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate).
Experience with multimedia editors (Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia).
Skilljar and Smartsheet experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Design engaging, interactive eLearning experiences and multimedia assets aligned with learning objectives.
Write instructional content, storyboards, and interactive exercises for online formats.
Review and update content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with SMEs to develop new content.
Create and maintain curriculum and learning assets using SME expertise.
Employ rapid-development approaches and strong instructional design to build training.
