Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer for a 6-month remote contract to transform SME content into engaging online learning experiences for an Australian organization.

You will design, storyboard, and develop digital learning using Articulate, manage LMS/SCORM environments, and ensure quality and accessibility across modules while collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, education and training, or related field.
• Hands-on experience creating interactive multimedia learning using Articulate.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of SCORM and LMS/SCORM environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Transform SME content into effective online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
